Teaming up with Land Trusts

Aside from working with private landowners, we are very proud to work alongside land trusts, non-profits, and other community organizations across the United States. We aim to simplify the carbon crediting process for organizations so that they can easily access new resources to achieve their conservation goals

How We Can Help

Carbon crediting can be a confusing and time-consuming process, which is why we handle the whole process from start to finish, so that you can save time and focus your resources on what you do best

The landscape of the carbon market is constantly evolving, so we stay updated on the latest news and regulatory changes

Outside of carbon credits, we are exploring additional revenue sources to help fund conservation

What We Do

We manage the carbon crediting process from start to finish:

  • Verify eligibility of a property

  • Conduct independent due diligence of a property

  • Ensure proper measures are in place to protect the property

  • Financing of project costs

  • Creation and submittal of project documentation

  • Marketing and sales of credits

  • Continued monitoring and compliance for the life of the project

Our Role

We act as an outside advisor that facilitates the carbon credit process to make it a simple process

We are not a broker, but a companion that will be there for the entire life of the project

Capabilities

We work with City Forest Credits, which is an International Carbon Reduction and Offset Alliance (ICROA) endorsed carbon credit registry

Currently, we only have the ability to conduct carbon crediting under City Forest Credits’ Urban Forest Preservation protocol
